Helichrysum, the Straw Flower.

What a fabulous flower! Helichrysums have both the wow factor and the novelty factor. Part of the sunflower family they react to sun and the flowers will enjoy a sunny spot in the garden. Cut the flowers and they will last for years, and are luscious in dried flower arrangements. They are loved by bees and other pollinating insects and are, quite simply, a joy.
