Stachys byzantina, Lambs ears, with Bumble Bee.

What an amazing plant. Most would walk past it without taking it in, but to appreciate it fully, you need to get down there and see what it is really like. Each spire is made up of many tiny, intricate flowers, Bees and pollinating insects go crazy for it. It is possibly the most tactile plant in the universe too, in my opinion, the leaves are soft and furry, quite simply adorable.
