Gentian, Blue Alpine flower.

What a stunning flower, in true blue. This little gentian is a perennial Alpine flower. It grows and thrives in mountainous regions, the Alps and Pyrenees. It is also a mainstay in Alpine houses, and of course Alpine rockeries. The Blue is an exquisite shade, not often found in the garden.
