Garden shelter with a sedum roof, painted pink

Description

Garden shelters, in all their guises are a welcome addition to any garden. I am an avid Public Garden visitor and find the garden shelters in these rather marvelous places well worth visiting. I like to see how the creator has let their imagination, artistic disposition and sense of fun run riot. Whether they are a shelter from the sun or from wind and rain, they are great places to spend a little time.

This Summerhouse at Golden Acre Park, a fee park on the outskirts of Leeds, cared for by the council, is painted bright pink and has a very useful sedum roof acting as a home to various insects.
